Tachibana Sushi—be charmed by our friendly owner. Tuna is in season in summer and yellow tail in winter, while the whale (caught once every two months) is also popular. Enjoy butterfish pickled and grilled Kyoto-style, or a side dish of vinegared soft roe. Our main saké is Himi's local Hatsuarashi, which pairs quite well with sushi. Our 40 years of experience are put to full use when, for example, casting a discerning eye over the quality of the pickled mackerel.
