Sakaezushi
This shop features over 40 different kinds
of toppings at the counter, all freshly procured every morning from the Toyama
Port. One of the few sporting the Toyama Yakuzen Certificate of Recognition,
this shop also serves medicinal food. You can enjoy konbu-jime (fish sandwiches
in kelp) and many kinds of grilled fish, along with Toyama wine, or one of the
20 or so kinds of local sake here.
